Books need long time to be reviewed by WSEAS. This makes the procedure too long, but necessary for the name and the quality of publications of WSEAS

Because some colleague made complaints for a delay in the possible publication of his book in WSEAS

Dear Prof. XXXXXX

It is true that the publishing a book in WSEAS is not so easy. WSEAS is very conservative and only if we have 3 positive reviews from the reviewers we proceed with the publication. Additionally, we have 2 other external advisors that advice WSEAS if the book is interest for the scientific community. Today, I spoke with Mrs. Gourgoura over the phone and she told me that the first reviewers' comments was sent to you.
Because I am Professor in 2 Universities and because I do not see Mrs. Eftychia Gourgoura (works in WSEAS Heaquarters) everyday, send me the FINAL pdf file of your book within the next 48 hours and I will do my best for rapid publishing.
Please, take into account all the comments of the Reviewers and send me by email the final product.
It is better to upload it in some web site and send me the link for direct download
Hope to have your understanding. It was not to delay your publication, but to preserve the WSEAS high publications standards
As you have seen from the procedure, 3 reviewers and 2 advisors were involved. This makes the procedure too long, but necessary for the name and the quality of publications of WSEAS
Best Regards

Dear Eftychia,
I have not received any response on my last e-mail attached below.
I am really deeply upset with WSEAS team support and i am sure that my decision to publish our book with WSEAS was one of my greatest mistakes I ever did!
Let me know the book  status –if you are so occupied to answer my questions I do ask Nikos to find a few minutes to do so!
If this e-mail is not answered shortly we will quit and finally decide for other publish house (I am so sorry we have not done it months ago!) and I do promise to inform the widest  possible scientific society about our story to  prevent them of  such experience we were faced to.
Kind regards
 Prof. XXXXXX

Two moths are almost gone since we mailed each other last time – so, is there any good news regarding finalization of the project 9021? Our students, and not only them,  expect quite a bit from this complexly styled   book.  Let them and me, as well kindly know estimated  date project might be physically published.
Kind regard

Dear Prof. XXXXX
I gave you an sample of a published book as you requested. The sample that you received was sent to you only to see the structure of a published book and the order of the files that are required as, Preface, Acknowledgments, Table of Contents etc. As soon as we have the final results from the reviewers, I will contact you for all the background work that we have to do including the first pages of the book.

Have a nice day,
 Best Regards
Eftychia

Dear  Eftychia,
Thanks for your delivery confirmation.
However, let me express my amazement with you last sentences. It was our understanding that it was your request to include all documents in format you sent us as an example!! There are included all partial documents like Preface,  authors CVs, Index, list of content etc. based on as close as possible format of delivered "example" file  You can use any part of it  as needed (delivered both in doc and pdf)  and format it in accordance to your standards and processes. I do not see any other possible reason, why you delivered us such document, but just for such application (may be wrong interpretation?) - so we only integrated all relevant documents in accordance to format of example you delivered us – that´s it. Your reaction surprised me quite a bit – why we would use it anywhere else – it does not give me any sense!
Kind regards

Dear Prof. XXXXX,
Thank you for sending us the files in an order.
We will send again the book for re-evaluation and let you know soon the final results.
As per the file "Titul-preface-v5-final.pdf", we will not use it at all as it is not made by us. As far as I know, we don't have any agreement and you are kindly requested to not use the above file in the future unless you receive our permission.
All the background job will be made by the WSEAS Team.
 Best Regards
Eftychia
